Orders will be confirmed and billed via the email address provided on the order form.
Final invoice amount to be paid in full before shipping. Goods will only be shipped once full amount reflects in sender’s account.
SNEAKERS INC. ONLINE only offers shipping within the boarders of South Africa and not Internationally.
Shipping is free only for orders over R600.00 and those that cost less will include a shipping fee of R99.00
Products marked as ‘1 per customer’ are restricted to 1 per customer, any orders containing more will be cancelled.
In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur resulting in refunds.
Handling time may vary from 1-5 days on average depending on the dispatch load. Orders placed before 2PM on any given day usually dispatch the same day. Customers will be contacted in the event of a stock issue or a delay of dispatch.
A tracking number for each order will be provided via email upon shipment.
We will only deem a package lost if it has not arrived at the destination after 60 days. At this stage we will issue a full refund and make arrangements with the customer.
SNEAKERS INC. ONLINE takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less shipping fee, or to pay an additional shipping fee for a re-shipment. Additional fees may apply for shoes with special or oversized packaging.
In a case of incorrect address provided by the customer we offer re-shipping with additional fee of R99.00
Returns are accepted in very specific instances, and are subject to agreement to the RETURNS POLICY and completion and acceptance of the RETURNS FORM.
Clearance/Sale product: may not be refunded or exchanged. All Clearance sales are final and will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
Store credit may not be used on limited/hyped releases.
Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, and are subject to signature authorisation.
Shipments go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.
Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.
In the case of returned shipments, the customer is responsible for any and all additional shipping fees incurred only if the customer has provided incorrect information.
All orders are shipped double boxed with relevant labels.
All shoes and clothing are 100% authentic. We do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. Buy with confidence as all shoes offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by experienced staff for condition and authenticity.

PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.PayFast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
SNEAKERS INC. ONLINE has no access to card details entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site.
PayFast orders will be automatically invoiced with an additional fee of 3-5% due to fees involved.
